Mission Statement

At Oak Management Solutions LLC (OMS) our goal is to provide easy to access maintenance and repair solutions for your property and community management projects and maintenance requirements.  Simply place a request including the project and location, and we will respond with a estimate (including vendor name). Upon approval, the vendor will do the work within 24 to 48 hours (or less, in the event of an emergency). The community will be billed by OMS. You can also request RFPs.


Combined vendor billing minimizes the number of invoices you process each month, plus we include a 100% guarantee on all work.  Due to economies of scale, costs are comparable to working with vendors directly, ensuring operating budgets are met, while creating extra time in your day for other necessary management concerns.


All client's have similar (but not the same) demands, therefore we provide customized solutions to meet your specific property or community requirements.
